During a Q&A session on Reddit, one user asked him to share the most bizarre encounter with a fan, so recalled an event that took place more than two decades ago, but one he remembers to this day.

After graduating from college, he started performing standup comedy on open-mic nights, and soon, he had caught the attention of several influential people including comedian Rodney Dangerfield and talk show host Larry David.
After initial success, the actor started writing a show that would take his career to new heights of fame and fortune. He first named the sitcom The Seinfeld Chronicles, but it was later renamed as Seinfeld, becoming the biggest television sensation of its time.
Seinfeld wasn’t just the main star of the show, but also the screenwriter and producer, which made fans admire him even more. He continued to create new seasons for decades, winning several awards and rave reviews from fans and critics alike.

Even though the millionaire actor keeps a low profile, he makes sure to interact with his fans as much as possible, especially when he is out and about in public. In a Reddit post, Seinfeld recalled a bizarre incident when he was recognized by a fan in the most unexpected location.
It was the year 2000 when he traveled to the Hamptons for holidays with close pals. The actor tried to hide his appearance in public by wearing a hoody and dark shades but one guy recognized him nevertheless, and even said ‘hi’. Luckily, the fan didn’t stop to draw more attention to his idol, instead, he kept on walking.
