None other than Nina Hartley, a former adult performer who became famous for her work as a feminist, author, and educator.
It’s been a while since we’ve last seen Hartley, but her influence is still felt today. Coming from a male-dominated industry, this former registered nurse spent most of her life fighting against women’s discrimination. She’s seen as a feminist hero and has also been involved in socialist activism.
