Las Vegas showgirl Cassandra Peterson has never ceased to amaze her fans with her acting prowess, angelic voice, and writing. Still, many people know her from her role as horror hostess, Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Her Elvira role created many opportunities for Cassandra, such as an animated Elvira project and the 1988 film “Elvira: Mistress of the Dark.”
In September 2021, Peterson released a memoir, “Yours Cruelly, Elvira: Memoirs of the Mistress of the Dark,” wherein she revealed her relationship with Teresa Wierson. In the bio where she unmasks the person behind Elvira, she shared that she’s been together with her girlfriend since early 2002.
