Ralph Carter – 61
“Good Times” aired on CBS from 1974 to 1979, and it’s the show that propelled Ralph Carter to fame. He delivered an equally memorable performance during the staging of the Broadway musical “A Raisin in the Sun.” Carter also dabbled in music, and in 1975 he released “Young and In Love.” Additionally, he performed some of his musical numbers in the variety show “Soul Train.”
Following a long hiatus, he made a comeback working on the 2022 production “Chaaw.” While on the break from acting, he still graced multiple documentaries and TV programs, including his 2019 appearance in “Here and Now.”
