From being a photographic assistant at Harper’s Bazaar to a fashion model for Vogue to a renowned Hollywood actress, Ali MacGraw was fond of the entertainment industry from the beginning of her career. After coming under the spotlight from Goodbye, Columbus, MacGraw went on to have more prominent roles in Love Story, The Getaway, and Convoy, among others.
Despite never having officially announced her retirement, the 82-year-old hasn’t appeared on any screen projects since 1997. That sure is a long time to be taking a break. Lansbury has, however, appeared on programs like Entertainment Tonight and CBS News Sunday Morning in recent years.
