Melania Trump: $50 Million – Trump Tower, Manhattan
The famed wife of the 45th U.S. President, Melania Trump, probably never envisioned a career in politics for herself. Instead, she spent much of her teenage and young-adult years as a fashion model. But her marriage to Donald brought with it the title of the First Lady.
Unfortunately, at the end of Melania’s tenure in 2021, she was the least popular first lady ever polled, with a final disapproval rating of 47%. But we approve entirely of her Manhattan apartment. In 2018, she purchased the one-bedroom apartment in Trump’s Tower. And it also features the same gold accents and Louis XIV-inspired décor as Donald’s penthouse.
