Simon Cowell: $600 Million – Beverly Hills
Simon Cowell is best known for his long-running role as host of “Britain’s Got Talent.” And in 2016, he brought his dry humor to the American version of the show. Cowell was slated to be a judge in the 2021 version of “The X Factor Isreal,” but he canceled due to violence in the region.
Cowell bought this Beverly Hills house in 2004. And he devoted time and money towards transforming the property into a high-tech fortress with the most luxurious amenities. Its 7200-square-feet space houses four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, and a private screening room, among other impressive features. The house was sold in 2020 for $14.5 million.
