While we never know who will make it in the music business, Lorde’s worldwide success is still surprising. The artist from New Zealand rose to fame with the single “Royals,” a simple but incredibly catchy song that sounded nothing like other mainstream pop hits. So far, she only has two albums released, the latest being 2017’s Melodrama.
Lorde values her privacy, but she does have an Instagram that’s just about eating onion rings. We know it’s peculiar at best, but her quirkiness is part of what makes her great. By no means a red carpet maniac, Lorde’s still a gorgeous young woman with no need for cosmetics.
